The terms and conditions for participation are:

1. Agenda: The workshop comprises preparation for Group Discussion and Personal Interview for various MBA entrance examinations, including CAT. This will be accomplished through lectures as well as various tasks and group activities given to the participants.
2. Location: The workshop will be conducted by Enabilon at a venue in Mumbai. The venue will be chosen by Enabilon.
3. Time and Date: The workshop is scheduled to be held on the 13th December, Saturday (2.00 PM Onwards) and 14th December, Sunday (Full Day). The dates and timings are subject to change, and at the final discretion of the Company.
4. Panellists and Feedback: Enabilon will arrange for expert panellists to conduct the workshop, and provide feedback to the participants.
5. Videography: The entire workshop or parts of it will be videographed (i.e. captured on Camera) by Enabilon, or representatives of Enabilon.
6. Rights to Videography: The entire intellectual property rights to the videograph will rest with the Company including but not limited to the following:
   1. Creating video files, in whatsoever format, in edited or unedited format from the videograph
   2. Using the video files, created above, in whatsoever form as the company may deem fit.
   3. Using the video files, created above, to whatsoever purpose as the company may deem fit.
